Every item in this store is produced to order for the University of Colorado School of Medicine, and most carry a custom logo or personalization. Because of that, all sales are final and we are not able to accept returns or exchanges for size, color, or change of mind. Please check Patagonia’s size guide before ordering.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

If your item arrives damaged, has a manufacturing defect, or is not what you ordered, contact us within 14 days of receiving it and we will make it right with a replacement or refund. Please include your order number and a photo of the issue.

Personalized items

Names, initials, and titles are printed exactly as entered at checkout. Please double-check spelling before placing your order; we cannot replace personalized items for typos entered by the customer.

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled for a full refund until the store’s order deadline closes and production begins. After that, orders cannot be cancelled.
